30-minute meals and rachael ray

rachel_ray9_d.jpgthis is rachael ray. she has those 30-minute meal books and show on food network.

so after watching a tasty 30-minute meal episode, i decided to attempt a meal, specifically, the bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin steaks with spinach and cheese cakes with french vanilla ice cream with sauteed bananas and phyllo triangles to finish.

30 minutes?! try like 2 HOURS including going back and forth to the grocery store for forgetting to buy one crucial item! so maybe i was going a little slowly. nonetheless, i think rachael ray used time trickery to achieve her 30-minute times for that one!!!

my ice cream was melted by the time i finished this so-called 30-minute meal!

so just a word of warning if you ever attempt a 30-minute meal.. it could take you longer than expected!

oh and update for moye. this is where i ate yesterday: sura 2, fellini’s, haruki.

master chef out.
