workout time

my workout regimen has been ideal the past few weeks.

the best thing is walking into your fitness center and no one is there. there are three tvs. so what do you do?

you turn the first tv on (the one directly in front of you) and set it to some college basketball.
turn on the second tv and set it to newlyweds or some other reality-based show.
turn on the third tv which is hooked up to your powerbook and watch a movie.

finally, load up some LOUD music on your ipod mini.

then GET BEAST whilst watching tv and listening to kickass music

i guarantee you’ll lose many pounds/week while gaining muscle mass!

…ok maybe not. but at least you can watch 3x the amount of tv than you normally could!

i realized i’ve been on the road quite a bit, whether it’s because i’m going on campus, or running (LOTS of) errands or just driving for the sake of driving.
