Now Playing… or is it?
For the most part, I’m a fan of this Now Playing plug-in I installed on michaelhong.com. If you haven’t checked it out, it posts whatever song I’m currently playing on iTunes and if you click the album art, you’ll be taken to my online music store of choice, the iTunes Music Store. Now that’s all just super, but the only thing is, ever since I’ve installed it, I’ve noticed myself being a little cautious with my song selections. Silly, I know, but it reminds me of the phenomenon back when iTunes first started letting people share their music libraries, and people would create custom “cool” playlists to share. But I’m gonna get over this fear and play whatever I want. Because you guys don’t judge me on the music I play, right? right? Just to get this all out of my system, I will leave Hilary Duff as my last played song for the rest of the night… and probably day, since I won’t be home very much tomorrow. Not just any Hilary Duff song (since some are good, seriously!), I’m gonna play The Math! The lyrics go something like, “If you can’t do the math, then get out of the equation.” Rock on, Hilary.
